Professor, Associate Dean
Christian Romero is an Architectural Designer at the award-winning firm, WDG Architects in DC. In his spare time, he designs single family residential projects, including additions and renovations. He is passionate about tying the human experience through space and texture. During his free time he rides his electric bicycle and practices Mixed Martial Arts.
Brian Kelly, AIA, is Professor of Architecture and Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development at the University of Maryland, School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation. He teaches design studios at all levels within the program, and offers a course in the History of Renaissance Architecture. Since 1992 he has led students to Rome, Italy for a summer drawing and watercolour course. Kelly’s professional practice is focused on academic architecture and campus planning.
